Heather Weiner, APN

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Heather began her nursing career after graduating from Rutgers University College of Nursing in 1994. She initially specialized as a pediatric nurse, working in adolescent care and cardiac intensive care at several children’s hospitals. She went on to earn her Master’s degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University College of Nursing in January 1999 and began practicing in pediatric primary care, where she spent 12 years caring for children across all stages of development.

In 2011, Heather transitioned into pediatric neurology, where she continues to practice today. Outside of work, Heather is the mother of three teenage daughters. She enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and hiking with her dog.
