Our Team

Angela Otto-Ryan

DNP, APN, CPNP-PC, PMHS

Angela Otto-Ryan is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS) dedicated to providing compassionate, family-centered care to children and adolescents. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rutgers University School of Nursing.

With a decade of pediatric healthcare experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Angela is passionate about caring for children with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, anxiety, depression, and other neurological and behavioral conditions. She believes in partnering closely with families to create individualized care plans that help every child reach their fullest potential.
As a bilingual provider fluent in English and Spanish, Angela values building meaningful relationships with children and families from all backgrounds. She strives to ensure every patient and caregiver feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout their care.

Angela completed the New Jersey Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (NJ LEND) Fellowship, further strengthening her commitment to caring for children with neurodevelopmental needs.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, caring for their many pets, gardening, tackling home improvement projects, reading, baking, and swimming.
