Jillian Kirk, CGC

Board-Certified Genetic Counselor

Jillian Kirk, MS, CGC, is a board-certified genetic counselor and 2023 graduate of the University of Colorado’s Genetic Counseling Graduate Program. During her graduate training she completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) fellowship program. Before joining NJPNI, she provided genetic counseling to pediatric patients and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings in Florida. Her experience also includes counseling in preconception and prenatal care as well as adult oncology, giving her a wide foundation across the lifespan.

At NJPNI, Jillian works with a broad spectrum of patients and clinical indications and is adept at interpreting both routine and unexpected results from comprehensive genetic testing.

She is known for careful listening and helping families navigate complex information and options with clarity and compassion. Jillian’s background makes her especially attuned to the needs and considerations of the whole family unit, and she is committed to supporting each patient and family in making informed decisions concerning ongoing care.
